Hill Academy's Refugee Kid Motivation Trip
Our fundraising trip was meticulously planned with a singular focus: to bring joy and relief to refugee children in Greece. Beginning with the celebration of Eid, we aimed to brighten their spirits by providing Bayram Harcligi, ensuring they could partake in the festivities despite their circumstances.
Our journey extended beyond mere gestures of goodwill; we sought to establish personal connections by visiting families, delivering not only gifts but also a message of solidarity and support. Recognizing the diverse needs of the community, we made a conscious decision to allocate donations separately, with a significant portion dedicated to the children's summer camp. Through these efforts, we aimed not only to provide immediate assistance but also to empower these resilient youngsters with opportunities for growth, learning, and moments of joy amidst the challenges they face.
