About this campaign
Aid for Refugees in Greece
Embrace Relief is committed to supporting the plight of refugees who have fled to Greece to escape persecution. The journey of a refugee can be a dangerous one, and only becomes more difficult when they arrive in a new, unfamiliar country, without a support system. For these families, Embrace Relief is that support system, offering rent support, legal and educational assistance, and food aid.

Providing our refugee friends with the food they need is even more important during the Ramadan season. That’s why Embrace Relief is proud to have delivered food packages to more than 400 refugee families in Greece during our International Hunger Relief: Ramadan 2024. In 2025, we’re looking to make an even bigger impact – and we need your help to do it. In the spirit of Ramadan, we humbly invite you to consider making a donation of any amount, big or small—every bit counts—to help us continue to ease the hunger of thousands in need.
Each food package weighs approximately 30 kilograms, and will feed a family for 1-2 weeks. Contents include:

- 1 kilogram bulgur wheat
- 1 kilogram fine bulgur

- 1 kilogram sugar
- 0.7 kilograms pickles
- 0.5 kilograms dates
- 1 liter sunflower oil
