Many cities in southern Turkey were partially or completely destroyed by the earthquake, with buildings demolished, roads collapsed, and an estimated 2 million people displaced from their homes. Survivors of the earthquakes will remain vulnerable and in need of aid for a long time. During our Ramadan 2023 campaign, you can donate to Embrace Relief and ensure that thousands of people will have enough food to eat as they rebuild their lives.
Each food package weighs approximately 30 kilograms, and will feed a family for 1-2 weeks. Contents include:
- Rice
- Wheat grains
- Lentils
- Beans
- Pasta
- Cooking oil
- Sugar
- Sweets for children
