Untold Stories Of Refugees In Greece

Embrace Relief’s Refugee Relief in Greece campaign continues to support families who have fled their homes in search of a better, safer, and more stable life. This program is providing dozens of families with shelter, food, and other support they need.

When you donate, you are making a priceless impact on the lives of a refugee family in the following ways:

• Housing: By far the biggest challenge our families face is finding and paying for their housing. With your donation, you can make a priceless impact on their lives: a donation of just $600 will cover one month’s rent for an entire family, while a $7,200 donation will house a family for an entire year! In 2025, we aim to provide 30 families with year-round housing as they gather themselves to start life anew.

• Food trucks: Periodically each year, Embrace Relief sponsors trucks which deliver nutritious food packages to hundreds of refugee families. Our most recent distribution, in March 2025, provided 500 families with staple foods like rice, beans, pasta and lentils, as well as cooking materials and sweets for children. These packages contain enough food to serve a family of five for more than one week!

With your help, we can give these brave, determined families the chance to live with security and dignity as they progress towards finding their new permanent home.

One-time donation: Every single dollar donated will help a refugee provide for their family as they rebuild their lives.

Recurring monthly donation: An automatic monthly donation ensures that a family can count on your continued support throughout the year!

Adopt a Refugee Family: Provide support directly to a refugee family in need. You will have the opportunity to meet and learn about the family you're supporting and interact with them directly to meet their needs.
