Campaign story

About this campaign

Help finish Rufiji's clean-water project

Families in the Rufiji District still walk long distances for water that may not be safe to drink. Women and children carry much of this burden, while contaminated water increases the risk of disease.

The project goal is to build 50 hand pumps across three villages. Fourteen hand pumps have already been completed, and additional support will extend reliable water access to more communities.

Long-term impact

Each Embrace Relief well includes a five-year warranty, annual maintenance and donor updates with photos. Donors who fund a complete well may name it and receive a certificate.

  • Complete new well: $3,500
  • Estimated completion time: 4–6 weeks
  • Five-year warranty and annual maintenance
  • Progress updates and completion photos

Your gift helps reduce long walks for water, improve hygiene and protect families from unsafe water sources.
