Cultivating Sustainable Entrepreneurship

Welcome to Embrace Relief’s Sustainable Entrepreneurship through Eggs and Dairy (S.E.E.D.) Initiative, where we sow the seeds of sustainable entrepreneurship through the power of eggs and dairy. Join us on this transformative journey as we empower women with the resources and knowledge needed to cultivate their own success in Uganda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya, and Afghanistan. It’s not just about providing livestock; it’s about nurturing agro-entrepreneurs who will cultivate sustainable businesses, fostering economic resilience and community development.

Already, Embrace Relief has distributed 40 goats to 20 women in Ethiopia and 95 goats to 45 women in Nigeria. That’s 135 goats providing a source of income for 65 families! And with your help, these numbers will continue to grow.

Impacting Lives, One S.E.E.D. at a Time

S.E.E.D. creates opportunities for women to break free from poverty, fostering economic independence. By providing the tools for agro-entrepreneurship, we empower them to build a brighter future for themselves and their families.

Your support can make a lasting impact. By contributing to the S.E.E.D. Initiative, you’re not just providing livestock; you’re planting the seeds of sustainable entrepreneurship. Help us nurture a world where women have the tools to grow their own success. Donate to S.E.E.D. today!

Impacting Lives, One S.E.E.D. at a Time

How S.E.E.D. Works:

Livestock Distribution

We provide women in need with goats and chickens, creating a foundation for sustainable agro-entrepreneurship. These animals not only supply nutritious eggs and dairy but also serve as a source of income through sales in local markets. Just two goats can give the family $100 USD per month, which is the average monthly salary of a teacher in Africa!

Providing Goats

Providing Goats

in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Nigeria:

$160

(includes 2 goats with vaccinations for long-term health)

Providing Chickens

in Kenya, Uganda, and Afghanistan:

$170

(includes 20 chickens with vaccinations for long-term health, one month of feed, and a feeder)

Training and Support

S.E.E.D. goes beyond livestock. We offer comprehensive training in animal husbandry, business management, and market access to each family we donate animals to. Embrace Relief will even purchase the offspring of these animals at a fair market value to interested families to distribute to more families in need. This knowledge empowers women to care for their animals, run successful enterprises, and contribute to their community’s economic growth.

Monthly Donation Program

Monthly Donation Program

To ensure the sustainability and growth of the S.E.E.D. program, we are excited to introduce our monthly donation program. For just $25 per month, you can contribute to the comprehensive costs of supporting a family in our program. This includes the purchase of livestock, vaccinations, feed, and training materials. Your monthly contribution ensures continuous support for these women, helping them achieve their entrepreneurial dreams and create a stable income for their families.

As part of our S.E.E.D. program, we are thrilled to introduce monthly coloring book pages! These coloring pages are designed to educate and inspire the next generation about the importance of agriculture, entrepreneurship, and community support. Each month, families participating in the S.E.E.D. program will receive a new coloring page, featuring fun and educational themes related to farming, animal care, and the entrepreneurial spirit. This initiative aims to engage children in the process and help them understand the value of their family’s hard work and dedication.
